Sauna Delivery, Installation & Electrical Policy
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is typically within 2–3 weeks, fulfilled directly through the sauna manufacturer. Delivery is available within the contiguous United States.

Delivery Details
Each handcrafted sauna is carefully packaged and shipped on a wooden pallet. Due to the size and weight, delivery requires a scheduled appointment.
The driver provides curbside delivery only and will lower the sauna to ground level but is not responsible for placement or installation.
Before shipping, the sauna company will contact you to confirm delivery details and discuss any special circumstances that could affect logistics or result in additional delivery costs.
Our goal is to ensure your experience goes smoothly from start to finish.
Customer Responsibilities
Please confirm that your sauna will fit in the designated installation area — including adequate clearance for doorways, hallways, staircases, and ceiling height — before purchasing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- The delivery area is accessible for a large freight truck.
- Someone is available to inspect and sign for the shipment at the time of delivery.
If you’ve selected installation services through Wellness At Your Home, please note: it is the customer’s responsibility to tarp, cover, or bring the sauna indoors to protect it from weather or damage between delivery and installation.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Inspect all items for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Any damage or missing parts must be noted on the paperwork and reported to Wellness At Your Home within 48 hours for prompt resolution.
Installation Services
Professional installation is available as an optional add-on in select service areas, including Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, and Ulster Counties (NY), and Fairfield and Litchfield Counties (CT).
Once your sauna delivery has been scheduled by the manufacturer, please contact Wellness At Your Home to arrange installation.
Installation is not performed on the same day as delivery.
During installation, our crew will move the sauna into your home or yard (if not already done by you) and complete setup in the designated area.
Please make sure the pathway and installation site are clear and accessible.
Installation Access and Foundation Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure the sauna fits in the desired location.
A short video showing access to the installation site is required before installation.
All portable saunas require:
- At least 36” of clearance through gates, doors, or pathways.
- 7’ of turning clearance around corners.
- Proper overhead and side clearances — add 5–7” to the sauna’s exterior dimensions on all sides.
- 8’ of height for most outdoor saunas.
If our team determines that the space does not allow enough room for a safe installation, it will be your responsibility to adjust the site or select an alternate location.
Additional installation fees may apply for rescheduling or site modifications.
Ensure the setup area is clean, level, and free of debris or furniture prior to our arrival.
All portable saunas must be installed on a solid, flat foundation with sufficient workspace around it.
Installation and Set-Up Requirements
Setup time varies depending on the model:
- Indoor saunas: approximately 2–3 hours
- Outdoor saunas: approximately 6–8 hours
Please allow a two-hour arrival window for your appointment.
Customers are responsible for contacting their own licensed electrician for any electrical work.
Electrical Requirements
For safety and liability reasons, Wellness At Your Home does not perform any electrical wiring.
Our crews are not licensed to connect or disconnect electrical components.
Please ensure all wiring meets your sauna manufacturer’s recommendations:
- Most outdoor saunas require a 240V, 30-amp dedicated circuit.
- A licensed electrician must perform all electrical connections.
- No extension cords should be used — low voltage damage is not covered by warranty.
- All hookups must comply with the National Electric Code (NEC) and local regulations.
Any damage caused by improper installation or electrical setup is not covered under warranty.
Outdoor Sauna Painting & Staining Requirements
Our outdoor saunas are made from thermally enhanced wood for natural durability, but we strongly recommend staining or sealing for added protection against UV rays and moisture.
Unfinished wood may warp, crack, or discolor if left untreated. To prevent this, use a high-quality, oil-based penetrating finish such as:
- General Finishes Penetrating Outdoor Oil
- Behr Penetrating Oil
- Duckback Penetrating Oil Finish
- Penofin Penetrating Oil Finish
- Flood CWF-UV Penetrating Finish
- Preserva Wood Finish
We recommend applying the stain or finish within 24–48 hours after installation.
Wellness At Your Home offers an optional painting and staining service for $700 in the service areas listed above. Customers must supply their preferred stain.
Failure to protect your sauna’s exterior may void the wood portion of your warranty.
Massage Chair Delivery & Electrical Policy
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is typically within 2–3 weeks, fulfilled directly through the massage chair manufacturer.
If you select an upgraded delivery option, the timeline may extend to approximately 4–6 weeks depending on scheduling and availability.

Delivery Details
Each massage chair is securely packaged and shipped on a wooden pallet.
Due to its size and weight, delivery requires a scheduled appointment.
Standard curbside delivery is complimentary — the driver will lower the product to ground level but is not responsible for placement or installation.
For added convenience, upgraded delivery options are available:
- Threshold Delivery: The boxed product is placed just inside the first dry area of your home or garage. No unpacking or assembly is included.
- White Glove Delivery: Includes inside delivery and full assembly in the room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs).
Before shipping, the massage chair company will contact you to confirm delivery details and discuss any special circumstances that could affect logistics or result in additional delivery costs.
Customer Responsibilities

Any damage caused by failure to follow these electrical requirements is not covered under warranty.
Hot Tub Delivery & Electrical Policy

Delivery is available in select service areas, including Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, and Ulster Counties (NY), and Fairfield and Litchfield Counties (CT).

Delivery Access and Foundation Requirements
All portable hot tubs require at least 92 inches of clearance through gates, doors, between houses, side fences, and around corners.
Allow at least 12 inches of overhead clearance for safe handling.
Ensure the site is clear of debris, furniture, or obstacles before delivery.
If the yard or site is unprepared or inaccessible due to weather or ground conditions, delivery may be rescheduled and a second delivery fee may apply.
If delivery proceeds at your request despite poor conditions and our equipment becomes stuck, you will be responsible for removal costs.
Crane services are not provided by Wellness At Your Home; if needed, additional charges will apply.
All hot tubs must sit on a solid, flat foundation such as a 4–6” concrete slab, supported deck, or hot tub pad.
In-ground or enclosed installations are not recommended, as they complicate servicing and can void the warranty.
Allow 18–24 inches of clearance around all sides for access.
Customers are responsible for repositioning the hot tub if service is required.
Wellness At Your Home is not responsible for any lawn or landscaping repair due to equipment movement.
Delivery and Set-Up Requirements
Our team will contact you to coordinate delivery and discuss any details that may affect logistics or cost.
You may be asked for photos or a short video of your site to help plan delivery.
Once your delivery is confirmed, contact your licensed electrician to schedule wiring and electrical installation.
Your hot tub should be filled and powered within 48 hours of delivery to prevent leaks.
Typical setup time: approximately one hour.
Please allow a two-hour arrival window for your delivery appointment.
Customers are responsible for filling the hot tub with water (through the filter housing) and adding chemicals.
Our crew does not install locking cover clips or other accessories.
The delivery team cannot drill holes for wiring or prop the hot tub for electrical work; this must be done by your electrician.
Airlocks are not covered under warranty.
Electrical Requirements
Wellness At Your Home does not perform any electrical wiring.
A licensed electrician must wire all portable hot tubs in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and local/state regulations.
Specifications:
- 240V, 3-wire plus ground (#6 AWG copper).
- Double-pole GFCI breaker hard-wired to the hot tub.
- 8-foot service loop inside cabinet.
- Dedicated 240V, 50-amp GFCI-protected circuit (some models may require 60 amps).
- Accessible GFCI box location.
Always fill the hot tub with water before turning on electrical power.
Any damage due to improper wiring or installation is not covered under warranty.
Service Notes
Service is available in Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, and Ulster Counties (NY), and Fairfield and Litchfield Counties (CT).
After 30 days from delivery, a $250 service trip charge applies for non-warranty visits.
If an issue is found not to be warranty-related, standard service rates will apply.
We do not recommend winterizing your hot tub. If you choose to close it for the season, please hire a professional technician. Improper winterization can cause damage and void the warranty.
Cold Plunge Delivery & Electrical Policy

Estimated delivery is typically within 2–3 weeks, fulfilled directly through Wellness At Your Home, depending on scheduling and service availability.
Delivery is available in select service areas, including Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, and Ulster Counties (NY), and Fairfield and Litchfield Counties (CT).

Delivery Access and Foundation Requirements
Please ensure the delivery site is fully prepared and accessible before the scheduled delivery date.
Remove any debris or furniture that could block access to or around the installation site.
If the site is not prepared or is inaccessible due to weather or ground conditions, delivery may need to be rescheduled and a second fee may apply.
If our equipment becomes stuck due to site conditions, the customer will be responsible for removal costs.
All cold plunges must be placed on a solid, flat foundation such as a 4–6” concrete slab or properly supported deck.
In-ground, sunken, or enclosed installations are not recommended and may void the warranty.
Allow 18–24 inches of clearance around all sides for access.
If the cold plunge needs to be moved for maintenance, the customer is responsible for repositioning it. Additional service charges may apply if the product is inaccessible during service.
Delivery and Set-Up Requirements
Most cold plunge setups take less than one hour.
Please allow a two-hour arrival window for delivery.
Customers are responsible for filling the cold plunge with water after delivery.
Our delivery team does not perform electrical work or install accessories.

Return Policy
At Wellness At Your Home, we want you to feel confident about your purchase.
If you need to return an item, please review the policy below carefully.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Please note that not all products are eligible for return once they have shipped.
Because we source items directly from each manufacturer, returns are only possible if the manufacturer allows it.
Shipping & Fees
Due to increasing freight and LTL shipping costs, all approved returns will incur:
- A 25% cancellation fee, and
- Original and return shipping charges.
If you are exchanging your product for another item, we may be able to help offset some of these costs depending on the product and circumstances.
Refund Process
All returned products must be:
- Unopened and in their original packaging.
- Received and inspected by our warehouse before a refund can be issued.
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The seller reserves the right to withhold a refund or cancel payment until:
- The returned goods are received.
- The goods are inspected.
- The goods are verified to be free from damage or misuse.

All warranty claims, repairs, or replacements are handled directly through the manufacturer according to their warranty terms and conditions.
Wellness At Your Home is not responsible for the approval or denial of manufacturer warranty claims.
