At Wellness At Your Home, we want you to feel confident about your purchase.
If you need to return an item, please review the policy below carefully.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Please note that not all products are eligible for return once they have shipped.
Because we source items directly from each manufacturer, returns are only possible if the manufacturer allows it.
Shipping & Fees
Due to increasing freight and LTL shipping costs, all approved returns will incur:
- A 25% cancellation fee, and
- Original and return shipping charges.
If you are exchanging your product for another item, we may be able to help offset some of these costs depending on the product and circumstances.
Refund Process
All returned products must be:
- Unopened and in their original packaging.
- Received and inspected by our warehouse before a refund can be issued.
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The seller reserves the right to withhold a refund or cancel payment until:
- The returned goods are received.
- The goods are inspected.
- The goods are verified to be free from damage or misuse.
